Day 2 of 99:
Today was a good day, I actually spent the whole day shopping with my cousin, So I got my much needed cardio in. NYC public transportation will kill you man! LOL
I didnt get a chance to do the ZUMBA but runnning around the city and playing with a 2 year old is just about equal....I think.
Breakfast:
1/2 whole wheat bagel with a touch of i cant believe its not butter <- i know the bagel wasnt good..but It was quick and on the go..
a bottle of water
1 small apple
Lunch
subway 6 in. wheat tuna with lettuce, spinach, sweet peppers oil and vinegar
1 bottle of water
Dinner
sliced chicken with brocili and brown rice
Black Cherry Selziter water
Snacks:
4 sun chips...orginal flavor
bran cereal
peanuts
almonds
I realized that I took in a lot of carbs today, ghee-sh...they are everywhere and its hard. but its a work in progress!
