Day 97

Today was pretty smooth, slept in late.....because I had a late night :: smiles ::

I got up showered, walked over to the scale and tuuuurrned right back around....I promised myself that I would only weigh in once a week. Because Ive become crazed with the every morning weigh in...so I guess..I'll weigh in tomrrow and give the report...but i think I should really do it on, monday because that will make it offically ONE week into my diet....but knowing me...Ill do it tomorrow and report it and monday weigh in again and report it, because I cant help myself.

BUUT my only fear about tomorrow, is that its my aunt's retirement party.....and you know what that means.....

DRINKS, FOOD, DRINKS, DANCING, CAKE, DRINKS, DRINKS...oh yea...did I mention DRINKS!?

:: SIGH :: Yes, Im a girl who just loves her cake and booze! =)

so tomorrow will be a bit of a challenge for me...I paid $60.00 for this party and I cant see myself sitting there and not having ONE drink. I mean...the food I could careless about...bbbbuuttttt the drinks....they scream my name...

LOL I AM NOT AN ALCOHOLIC...I AM A 21 YEAR OLD FEMALE COLLEGE STUDENT WHO LIVES IN NEW YORK CITY! I LOVE TO PAAARRRRTAAAYYY!!!!

I remember when I was younger, I couldnt wait to be 21, just so I could experience the city life...and now that im 21...thats what im doing!!!

but anyhooooo...today was cool...STILL NO ZUMBA

  I know I know...im slacking...but atleast i did go out today and I did do about 30 mins of walking...hoping and climbing over snow piles. So that should count for something.

Breakfast:
NONE - I woke up at breakfast

Lunch:
2 Cups of water and Plain oatmeal

Dinner:
Ground Turkey
String Beans
Water (1 cup)
Iced Tea (1 cup)

Snacks:
6 cashews




NOTE TO SELF:
1. Get more delicious cereal (Post Cranberry Almond Crunch)
2.Drink more water....im only really going like 4 cups in a day and I need 8-10
3.Buy batteries for Wii remote...ZUMBA is needed!!!

Day 98 ::sings::

2 Posts in 1 day!!! :: holds up fingers ::

Im spoiling my readers if i have any ::knocks on the screen::
I need to stop getting behind on my updates and do what i have to do!! This is a day by day thing.

ANNNYYYYYWHOOOOOO...Ive decided that Im going to weigh myself at the end of week, every week. because this everyday this is scaring me and my sister is tried of me yelling at the scale. LOL

this morning I weighed in at 276.4 ::claps hands:: WOOT WOOT. thats a net loss of 4.2 pounds

 ...PRETTY GOOD for day 3. with no ZUMBA....

BUT that doesnt mean that I dont have to do it...which I didnt today either ::sigh:: BUUUTTTTT I did dig the car out...take about a work out...Im tired of the snow.

Hopefully the rest of the week brings weigh loss and smiles...

Day 99...

Day 2 of 99:

Today was a good day, I actually spent the whole day shopping with my cousin, So I got my much needed cardio in. NYC public transportation will kill you man! LOL


I didnt get a chance to do the ZUMBA but runnning around the city and playing with a 2 year old is just about equal....I think.

Breakfast:
1/2 whole wheat bagel with a touch of i cant believe its not butter <- i know the bagel wasnt good..but It was quick and on the go..
a bottle of water
1 small apple

Lunch
subway 6 in. wheat tuna with lettuce, spinach, sweet peppers oil and vinegar
1 bottle of water

Dinner
sliced chicken with brocili and brown rice
Black Cherry Selziter water

Snacks:
4 sun chips...orginal flavor
bran cereal
peanuts
almonds


I realized that I took in a lot of carbs today, ghee-sh...they are everywhere and its hard. but its a work in progress!

Day 100.....Beginning Weight 280.4

Yes, Im a day behind with my posting. but a elephant never forgets sooooo...i can write about day 100 on day 99.

Day 1 of 100 of my challenge has begun. It was hard of course....Instead of carelessly eating my day away, I had to actually watch my intake and remember im on my way to EVOULTION :: sore face ::

LOL Im feeling real postive about this, and I know that Im doing this for me and my health. and what was funny, i was telling my friend today about what i was doing and she asked me

 "what are you trying to accomplish?"

I sat back and thought what I wanted to say was "to lose weight, duh" but its really more than that...Im trying to build a better me...I want to push myself to the core and see what I can really do. Losing weigh is just a perk. Everything else is the reward.

::claps hands once :: now thats done.

Breakfast:
2 cups of water..i was extrememly thirsty
Cranberry Almond Crunch with some almond milk...i cant drink regular milk..its makes my sicky

Lunch:
Water
fruit salad
more cereal (dry).....I love this cereal...its by Post..everyone should eat it

Dinner:
String Beans
Lettuce
Carrots
Onions
1/3 cup of ground turkey meat seasoned with blk pepper and Love
black cherry seltizer water


TOMORROW I WILL ADD 30 MINUTES OF ZUMBA WITH MY PERSONAL TRAINER...MY WII

99 Problems and a lbs in one!

:: points to the title :: Just as it states it, that what it is and more.

Hello out there is blog world, It is I another blogger with a bit to much spare time on her hands and who wants to spend it, feeling like im making a change in your life by giving you an insight to mine. So here it goes....

This isn't going to be another countless New Years Resolution about losing weigh gone ignored. This, is going to be...New Years Evolution. It is time for me to make a change with myself and be happy for a change. Just like evolving, I plan on growing and developing my mind, body and spirit for the better. I love me, the plus size diva that I am. I'm not trying to jump on the whole change to fit in with the rest of society, because I love being the rebel that I am.

And what does a rebel like myself do? I plan to kick my phat ass into overdrive and give myself a challenge follow through with my EVOLUTION! 

I have challenged myself to..........losing 100 pounds in 100 days.

Yes, I said. 100 pounds in 100 days. Yes it is possible..1 pound a day..7 pounds a week..30 pounds a mouth. Ive done the math and have signed sealed and delivered my idea to my body and we are ready to grab 2011 by the balls and get the moving.

This isnt a VH1, MTV, ABC, OXYGEN network reality show. This is real life.....MY real life and Im going to start living it...1 pound less everyday!
