Yes, Im a day behind with my posting. but a elephant never forgets sooooo...i can write about day 100 on day 99.

Day 1 of 100 of my challenge has begun. It was hard of course....Instead of carelessly eating my day away, I had to actually watch my intake and remember im on my way to EVOULTION :: sore face ::
LOL Im feeling real postive about this, and I know that Im doing this for me and my health. and what was funny, i was telling my friend today about what i was doing and she asked me
"what are you trying to accomplish?"
I sat back and thought what I wanted to say was "to lose weight, duh" but its really more than that...Im trying to build a better me...I want to push myself to the core and see what I can really do. Losing weigh is just a perk. Everything else is the reward.
::claps hands once :: now thats done.
Breakfast:
2 cups of water..i was extrememly thirsty
Cranberry Almond Crunch with some almond milk...i cant drink regular milk..its makes my sicky
Lunch:
Water
fruit salad
more cereal (dry).....I love this cereal...its by Post..everyone should eat it
Dinner:
String Beans
Lettuce
Carrots
Onions
1/3 cup of ground turkey meat seasoned with blk pepper and Love
black cherry seltizer water
TOMORROW I WILL ADD 30 MINUTES OF ZUMBA WITH MY PERSONAL TRAINER...MY WII
